The American Dash team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. All of our products come with a warranty that lasts as long as you own the vehicle on which our product has been installed. We are not able to extend our warranty policy to cover damage due to improper installation, abuse, neglect, use of “Armor All Protectant”, or any other product which leaves an oily film. In other cases we will be happy to replace or refund the merchandise. Please refer to our return policy for more information on returning products.

Damaged Products

If it should occur that somehow a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a claim your local UPS office within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as you file the claim please inform us by email or phone. Do not mail the product back to us; UPS will arrange to have the product picked up. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we receive a confirmation from UPS.

Return Policy

American Dash provides a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE within 30 days of your receipt of the product. You need a valid reason to return the product or cancel shipping. However, the following terms and conditions apply:

• If you decide to cancel an order we must charge a 25% restocking fee since dash trim kits are custom made for individually specific applications. Cancellations within the same day of the order will only be charged a 10% processing fee.

• We will not refund already installed products, or products not covered by our warranty (i.e. damaged by improper use or installation). All returned parts must have the red backing tape on the reverse side still attached and cannot be damaged in any way.

• We cannot refund customized kits or parts.

• All Carbon Fiber, Chrome, & Solid Color dash kits are considered Custom Kits and are not refundable.

• OEM Factory Match Kits ordered in any color other than OEM Factory Match, are considered custom kits.

• SHIPPING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
